An article from Rocky Mountain News, reports that East West Partners is building an 18-unit condominium project in the Central Platte Valley called The Park at One Riverfront. Situated in one of Denver's newest and trendiest neighborhoods, the development will include a half-acre private park. It's located across Little Raven Street from Commons Park and between East West's Glass House and its One Riverfront building. After construction is completed on One Riverfront late spring or early summer, East West will begin construction on The Park at One Riverfront. The units will range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet and range in price from $1 million to $1.5 million.
